As a general guide we recommend:
+ For use as a nutritious sweetener, for culinary use as combined with daily protection – go for the lower numbers: MGO 100+
+ For prolonged and perhaps more robust protection and wellbeing enhancement – go for MGO 250+ or MGO 400+. We recommend opting for both the latter seasonally: the MGO250 during the spring and summer months and the MGO400+ for the autumn and winter months.
+ For more acute/targeted use, aim for the higher numbers – MGO 550+
